Paper Presentation: Information for Speakers
Your presentation must not exceed 15 minutes.
A computer based on the MS Windows Vista operating system connected to a beamer and a pre-installed MS PowerPoint 2007 program will be available. For optimal visual results, your presentations should be designed for a 1280 * 1024 resolution.
Please copy your presentation onto a USB stick. For any case, we would also like to encourage you to place a copy on a Web server/FTP space.
There is no possibility to hook up Apple computers. Also, please do not use elements requiring plug-ins or the latest computer technology.
Poster Presentation: Specifications and Guidelines
IMPORTANT:
Printed posters have to be brought by the presenter(s), there won’t be a possibility to print posters locally before or during the event!
POSTER SIZE SPECIFICATION:
The posters should fit into an ISO A0 portrait size format: 841 horizontal × 1189 vertical (max. sizes in millimetres). For further information on ISO A paper size specifications, you may want to consult the following Website:

POSTER BOARD AVAILABILIYT AND PROCEDURE:
Poster boards will be available carrying a number corresponding to your abstract ID number. You can find the abstract ID numbers in the collection of abstracts.
The exact time and dates of the poster presentations are announced within the final program structure.
The posters for both poster sessions should be in place before the start of the keynote talks, i.e. before 2 PM (for poster session 1: before 2 PM on Wednesday, December 16; for poster session 2: before 2 PM on Thursday, December 17, 2009).
