- Authors, i.e. those with an accepted paper or poster, have received an e-mail containing a link to register at the discounted rate(s) listed above.
To be included in the final program as an author or co-author, and to take advantage of the reduced registration fee as specified above, those with an accepted contribution need to register no later than October 15, 2009.

THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT COVER TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION:
Arrangements for travel and accommodation are the exclusive responsibility of the workshop participants: All participants have to arrange and fund their own travel to and from Bruneck/Brunico. Accommodation costs are not included.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (address of the workshop secretariat: see contact page on this site). No phone cancellations will be honored. A full refund, minus a service charge of EUR 80.- (eighty EURO) will be made from any request postmarked by November 15, 2009. No refunds will be given after November 15, 2009. All refunds will be issued after the symposium. Substitution of registrants is allowed.
